How to Order Your own Vehicle
Search our stock using either the links to specific vehicle types or search boxes. From this list of vehicles that your search returns, click on Details (on the right hand side) to bring up the page (in a separate browser window) containing the details about the vehicle and photographs.
Once you have found your vehicle, click on the "ORDER THIS VEHICLE" button on the web page to bring up the order form for your vehicle. You will note that the vehicle is listed on the web as FOB price and the Performa Invoice you receive is a CIF price to end destination.
Shipping terminology
FOB, means "Free On Board" This is the cost of the vehicle and paper entry fees in Japan only! This all forms the cost of the vehicle to the point that it's all costs onto the ship. This DOES NOT include sea freight or insurance for the vehicle whilst on the ship voyage to your port.
C&F means "Cost & Freight" This includes cost of vehicle, paper entry fees & sea freight charges to your port, This DOES NOT include insurance to your port.
CIF means "Cost, Insurance, Freight" This includes vehicle cost, paper fees, sea freight & insurance for the ship voyage to your port.
This Insurance covers:
- Vessel sinking
- Damage to your vehicle if the vessel catches fire
- Loss of your vehicle in transit
- Theft of all or part of your vehicle
- Damage of your vehicle in transit
You would complete the very user-friendly order form and arrange for the remittance of the necessary funds.
Easy Steps to Your
Imported Japanese Vehicle
- Step 1 Choose your vehicle from our home page
- Step 2 Complete our easy order form. We will send you a full Performa Invoice immediately
- Step 3 You TT money for Invoice amount to Omni-Exports a/c
- Step 4 Omni-Exports will advise you via email or fax that the money has been received and the vehicle in now yours.
- Step 5 Omni-Exports will advise you within 7 working days of approximate shipping date
- Step 6 Omni-Exports will advise you of Ship name, Voyage #, ETA, & tracking details for ANF (arrival notification form) BL (Bill of Lading) which will be couriered to you immediately after the vessel has left Nagoya
- Step 7 You contact your Customs Agent in your area & get them to make arrangements for the arrival of your vehicle.
