When Does My Vehicle Arrive in my country?
Omni Exports Ltd. will advise by means of an Arrival Notification (ANF), that would be faxed to you which will state the date your vehicle will likely to arrive in your country.
How Long Does It Take For My Vehicle to Arrive in my country?
Omni Exports Ltd. ships on RoRo (Roll On, Roll Off) vessels for various safety and cost reasons. We will send notification prior to your unit being loaded onto vessels in Japan prior to being shipped, we would expect your vehicle to be in your country within 3-4 weeks after your purchase has been finalised.
What is 'Customs Clearance'?
In order for you to clear your vehicles with Customs to your neighboring country you would have to nominate a registered clearing agent.
This nominated agent would then process necessary documents, which would then be accepted by Customs & Excise in your country. This vehicle would then be placed on the clearing agents Road Bond which allows the vehicle to be transported via a customs registered car carrier to your neighboring country.

What Currency Can I Pay In?
Omni Exports Ltd. will accept payments as follows :
United States Dollars, Japanese Yen
and British Pounds (Cash and TT's).
Can You Make Sure that My Vehicle is Available for Departure Before the ANF?
Generally vehicles will only be available for the date stipulated on the ANF. But under extreme circumstances we can make a vehicle available 1 or 2 days prior to the date stated on the ANF. Remember that one would need to advise Their niminated agent if they want to arrive 3 days earlier so that necessary arrangements can be made.
Why Can't I Do the Cusotms Clearance Myself?
Given the circumstances and regulations proposed by Customs & Excise in your country it is quite difficult for an individual to Customs clear his vehicle himself although this is possible.
Can You Give Me an Invoice with a Lower Value for Customs Purposes?
No. This is illegal and not acceptable. All Customs documents that are processed in your country show the true value of your vehicle.
